Join Dance & Move with Christina, a fun, friendly and inclusive dance class designed for adults with additional needs aged 16+. Whether you love to dance, want to meet new people, or simply enjoy moving to music, these relaxed sessions offer a welcoming space for everyone to take part.
The classes focus on building confidence, making friends, self-expression and enjoying the joy of movement in a pressure-free environment where all abilities are welcome.
