Creative Clubs: Wellbeing Workshops – New Milton

About the event

Creative ways to support mental health!

At Culture in Common, we believe in the transformative power of art and creativity to enhance wellbeing. We are thrilled to collaborate with Hampshire Art for Recreation & Therapy (hArt) to bring you a range of enriching experiences that cater to different needs and interests.

CODA Creative Wellbeing sessions provide a nurturing environment for you to explore your creative side, connect with others, and promote your overall mental and emotional wellness.

These sessions are open-studio style drop-in groups and are FREE.

They are delivered throughout the year as 2-hour sessions by local Art Facilitators, who offer a range of creative activities to engage with – or even for clients to bring their own creative activities to the group:

  • Increased social connections
  • Increased access to creative activities
  • Increased confidence and self-esteem
  • Increased resilience

Join for weekly Creative Wellbeing sessions in various locations, designed for individuals with low to medium needs. No referral is required for these sessions, making it easy for you to explore the therapeutic benefits of art at your own pace.
