Creative Clubs: Dancing on Wheels
Join Dancing on Wheels New Forest for their monthly wheelchair dance classes at the New Milton Memorial Centre.
Explore movement, music, rhythm and flow in these fun, accessible and creative classes. Sessions are run by experienced dance tutors and are designed to meet the needs of everyone in the class, whether you’re a self-propelled wheelchair user, an ambulatory wheelchair user or are accompanied by a companion.
The sessions are welcoming and social and are an opportunity to improve your physical and mental wellbeing, learn new skills and meet new people.
Sessions are 1 hour and you’re invited to stay on for refreshments after the class. There’s no need to book in advance, just turn up on the day and have your dancing wheels ready! More dates to come in 2024.
