Join our growing team as Programme Manager to help support the delivery of our Culture in Common Programme in the New Forest.

In this brand new role you’ll be helping communities across the New Forest create, experience and take part in arts and cultural activities they wouldn’t usually have access to.

If you have experience in creative project management, a talent for building relationships and a passion for arts and culture, we’d love to hear from you.

Make a Difference! Become an Independent Chair for our Consortium.

Want to play a key role in shaping the future of the Culture in Common Programme?

We’re looking for an independent Chair to lead the Consortium, ensuring that it fulfils its governance responsibilities and acting as a ‘critical friend’ to the Consortium.

In this role, you’ll work to ensure that the programme is effectively and efficiently overseen, supported and celebrated by Consortium representatives. You’ll enable and support effective decision-making by ensuring fair discussion and communication so the Consortium can make the best decisions for the programme.

If you’re an experienced facilitator with a strong commitment to cultural democracy and the ability to bring people together, apply now!
