Ignite Your Imagination with the Fordingbridge Storytelling Circle

Whether you’re a seasoned storyteller, just starting out, or simply love listening to tales, the Fordingbridge Storytelling Circle welcomes you.

Join them each month to fire up your imagination, hone your storytelling skills, and connect with a community of fellow enthusiasts. You’ll also have the chance to become a Storytelling Ambassador — sharing stories and sparking creativity across your community.

Launched in early 2024, the group kicked off with a series of inspiring masterclass workshops led by renowned storyteller, theatre-maker, and author Danyah Miller (Seven Secrets of Spontaneous Storytelling). Since then, members have been building their skills and bringing stories to life across Fordingbridge.

When: Storytelling Circle sessions take place very third Friday of the month, 7.30-9.30pm, with community storytelling opportunities taking place throughout the year

Where: Across Fordingbridge

Cost: Storytelling Circle sessions are £5 per person

Culture in Common Creative Clubs

Culture in Common is supporting a series of new Creative Clubs across the New Forest. From singing and dance, to craft and creative writing (with more to come!), these clubs are an opportunity to get creative and connect with like-minded people.
