Creative Clubs: Thorney Hill Traditional Craft Club
About the event
Celebrating traditional countryside crafts with the Thorney Hill community in the heart of the New Forest
From willow-weaving to candle making, whittling to wood carving, the Thorney Hill Traditional Craft Club celebrates the rich history and artistry of traditional countryside crafts.
With workshops run by artists who are experts in their craft, the club is an opportunities for Thorney Hill locals to explore new art forms, develop skills, and connect with others. The club offers regular craft workshops for people of all ages, as well as intergenerational performances and community events, so there’s something for everyone to try, learn, and enjoy.
Sessions are held at the Thorney Hill Community Centre (thorneyhillcommunitycentre@gmail.com).
