Get WILD at the New Forest Show 2024!

Culture in Common is so pleased to partner up with Folio for the third year to create a Cultural Quarter at the New Forest Show 2024, full of creative art activities, workshops and high-quality performances. 

We are excited to present Motionhouse Dance performances of WILD twice a day on an impressively imposing set – a forest of scaffolding.  Not to be missed! 

WILD 

What is it to be wild? 

WILD, the hit dance-circus production from Motionhouse, explores humanity’s growing disconnect with the natural world and our impact on the environment.  

WILD creates an urban forest in the everyday city. Performers use gravity-defying, physicality to move through a forest of tall poles. Watch them as they move animal-like through the dangerous world of the forest floor, taking refuge high in the canopy. In our modern lives, can the wild still shape human behaviour?   

Creative and original activities provided by St Barbe Museum & Gallery, Forest Arts Centre and other New Forest Folio arts organisations, will keep your family busy all day!
